WordCamp Cebu 2020 Cancelled

Due to concerns regarding the current coronavirus outbreak and after consulting with the local health department, we decided to cancel WordCamp Cebu 2020 scheduled on February 29, 2020 at Bai Hotel Cebu, Mandaue City. You can find the memo we got from the Department of Health here.

We are as excited as you all are but given the health situation, we think this is the safest thing to do. The health and safety of all attendees remain our top priority.

The plan is to reschedule the event later this year but unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific date yet. We will be announcing future plans in the coming weeks.

Tickets

You have two options.

1. You can keep your ticket and you will be able to use it for when the event happens at a later date.
2. Refund. There’s a refund link contained in the email you got when you purchased the ticket. You just have to click on that and follow the instructions there.

To those who contacted us via Facebook Messenger and sent the payment via bank transfer, we did the registration on your behalf using our own credit/debit card. Please contact us via the same channel so we can transfer your payment back.
